Golden's interest in this <br />ditch was historically used to irrigate approximately 116.5 acres <br />of land within the Ralston and Little Dry Creek .watersheds, <br />resulting in an average annual historic consumptive use of 83 <br />acre-feet. <br />(2) Oulette Ditch. 2.68 inches out of 46.08 <br />inches of the Oulette Ditch, with a May 31, 1860 appropriation <br />date and an October 4, 1884 adjudication date. The headgate is <br />located in the NE/4SW/4 of Section 21, Township 3 South, Range 69 <br />West of the 6th P.M. By decree of this Court in Case No. <br />W-7833-74, Golden's 2.68 inches were determined to be equivalent <br />to 0.07 efs and to yield 3.62 acre-feet of annual historic <br />consumptive use. That decree found that this water right was <br />historically used to irrigate 2.68 acres in the NW/4 of Section <br />22, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., and that <br />this land had been removed from irrigation. Accordingly, the <br />decree recognized that the historic consumptive use attributable <br />to this water right could be used for irrigation of other lands <br />during the historic season of use, or could be changed to other <br />uses pursuant to a further decree of this Court. <br />(3) Lees ~ Baugh Ditch. 3 inches out of 192 <br />inches in the Lees & Baugh Ditch, which was decreed for 5.0 efs, <br />with a May 15, 1860 appropriation date and an October 4, 1884 <br />adjudication date. The headgate of this ditch is on the Slough <br />Ditch, the point of diversion of which is located on the boundary <br />between the SE/4 of Section 19 and the SW/4 of Section 20, <br />Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.
