Golden's interest in this ditch was historically used to irrigate approximately 116.5 acres of land within the Ralston and Little Dry Creek .watersheds, resulting in an average annual historic consumptive use of 83 acre-feet. (2) Oulette Ditch. 2.68 inches out of 46.08 inches of the Oulette Ditch, with a May 31, 1860 appropriation date and an October 4, 1884 adjudication date. The headgate is located in the NE/4SW/4 of Section 21, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. By decree of this Court in Case No. W-7833-74, Golden's 2.68 inches were determined to be equivalent to 0.07 efs and to yield 3.62 acre-feet of annual historic consumptive use. That decree found that this water right was historically used to irrigate 2.68 acres in the NW/4 of Section 22, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., and that this land had been removed from irrigation. Accordingly, the decree recognized that the historic consumptive use attributable to this water right could be used for irrigation of other lands during the historic season of use, or could be changed to other uses pursuant to a further decree of this Court. (3) Lees ~ Baugh Ditch. 3 inches out of 192 inches in the Lees & Baugh Ditch, which was decreed for 5.0 efs, with a May 15, 1860 appropriation date and an October 4, 1884 adjudication date. The headgate of this ditch is on the Slough Ditch, the point of diversion of which is located on the boundary between the SE/4 of Section 19 and the SW/4 of Section 20, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.
