(iii) whenever there is a change in the source of
injection fluids. A comprehensive water
analysis shall be submitted to the Director
within thirty (30) days of any change in
injection fluids.
(b) For injection activities: continuous observations
of fluid temperature, flow rate, injection
pressure, and cumulative volume. Maximum and
minimum values for all parameters shall be
recorded on a daily basis. All parameters shall
be reported quarterly, as specified under Part II,
Section D. 5.;
(c) Continuous observations of depth to the air/fluid
interface within the tubing/casing annulus, and
tubing/casing annulus pressure, in accordance with
Part :[I, Section C. 4. (b)(i). Annulus pressure
and depth to air/fluid interface shall be recorded
four (4) times daily, and at the same time as
other parameters. All parameters shall be
reported quarterly, as specified under Part II,
Section D. 5.;
(d) For production activities: perform observations
of fluid temperature and fluid density. Maximum
and m:Lnimum values for each parameter shall be
recorded daily. Each parameter shall be reported
quarterly, as specified under Part II, Section D.
5.;
(e) Continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the
gel in the long string/wellbore annulus, which
shall include measurements of any fluid movement
within the gel. This parameter shall be recorded
continuously and reported quarterly, as specified
under Part II, Section D. 5.; and
(f) Daily monitoring of the density of both produced
and injected fluids.
The permittee may
paragraph (a)(11), abo
reduced frequency wi:Ll
the injected fluids or
frequency shall not be
parameters in (a)(111,
request that the frequency of analysis in
ve, be reduced after the first year if the
yield data representative of the nature of
the injection pressure. The reduced
less than once per year for those
above.
The permittee shall submit a final monitoring plan
containing actual dei:ails as to how the data, required in Part
II, Section D. 1. (bl through (f ), will be recorded. Any plans
shall be submitted prior to commencement of injection operations.
Page 14 of 61
EPA Permit Mo. COS2358-0696
