Designs were reviewed for four different sections of the "un-named ditch". Please <br />delineate on the surface water management plan map the location of each section. Use <br />a naming convention that clearly identifies the design associated with each discrete ditch <br />section. Considering the large increase in estimated flow, please demonstrate that the <br />culvert below this ditch can handle the increased flow or submit new designs for a larger <br />culvert at this location along the Lorencito Canyon road. <br />,,~ LCC Response: The full length of this ditch will be constructed as described for the fourth <br />structure in the SEDCAD output. The Ditch Summary Table in EXHIBIT 15 has been <br />revised to reflect a discharge rate of 78.6 cfs. The culvert below this ditch (78+75.61) <br />• increases to 54 inches in diameter to carry the estimated 78.6 cfs <br />
