The Fulton ditch borders the southern property line. How will the Fulton ditch be impacted <br />by the dewatering activities? Is the Fulton ditch lined? <br />6. The operator predicts drawdown of the groundwater at a distance of/z mile. Please specify <br />other wells/surface water structures that will be impacted from this drawdown. <br />Does the approved Substitute Supply Plan and/or Augmentation Plan from the Office of the <br />State Engineer permit pit dewatering? L` available, please submit a copy of the approved <br />plan. <br />8. The operator states that 111.5 ac-ft/yr. will be lost due to consumptive use. Please specify the <br />water rights in place that will be used to offset this consumptive use and provide appropriate <br />documentation. <br />9.
