4. Construction shall comply with all requirementslconditions of the Weld County Building Code <br />5. The lowest floor elevation of structures without a basement shall be considered to be the elevation, above <br />mean sea level, of the top of the foundation of the structure. The lowest floor elevation of structures with <br />a basement shall be considered to be the elevation, above mean sea level, of the floor of the basement of <br />the structure. The lowest floor elevation of a mobile home shall be considered to be the elevation, above <br />mean sea level, of the top of the mobile home pad, as described in the Lowest Floor definition in the Weld <br />County Zoning Ordinance. (Also, see definition of BASEMENT: Any floor level below fhe first story or main <br />floor of a building. The BASEMENT is wholly or partially lower than the surtace of the ground. For the <br />purposes of this ordinance, any crawl space with six (6} feet or more between the floor and the ceiling shall <br />be considered to be a BASEMENT}. <br />6. Prior to release of the Certificate of Occupancy or building permit final approval, the applicant shall submit <br />an as-built elevation certificate signed and stamped by a registered Colorado Professional Engineer to the <br />Department of Planning Services. <br />7. All proposed or existing structures will or do meet the minimum setback and offset requirements for the zone <br />district in which the property is located. <br />8.
