In accordance with the Colorado I.S.D.S. Regulations, no septic systems shall be installed <br />within the 8oodway. <br />Installation of utilities shall comply with the conditions listed in the Flood Hazard Development Permit <br />Certificate. <br />4. Construction shall comply with all requirements/conditions of the Weld County Building Code. <br />
