5,
Technical Revision No. 86
January !9, 2000
Page 3
36. Ditch DCW-8A and DCW-8B have been seeded, but until vegetation is adequate the
enclosed design is for an earth-lined channel. The 100-year, 24-hour event is diverted away
from the RPE through ditch DCW-8A and DCW-8B, which flows to the unnamed drainage
to the east of the RPE.
37. The 100-yeaz ditch designs for DCW-8A and DCW-8B are enclosed.
Other Changes:
The MB-2R routing diagram has been revised to reflect changes to the drainage around the
portal storage area and Material Storage Bench due to the construction this summer/fall.
2. Ivtap 53B has been revised to designate the area near the mine dewatering building in
Sylvester Gulch as a material storage area and corrected the contours in this azea.
3. In addition to the changes noted above, Map 54 has been revised to add watershed locations
associated with the North Soil Storage Area and reflects the changes to the drainage around
the portal storage azea and Material Storage Bench due to the construction this summer/fall.
4. Map 54B has been revised to correct the ditch locations and shade the SAE areas at Shaft
#3, the degas pad, and electric borehole pad.
Please call if you have any additional questions.
Sincerely,
~ 1
-1
l,t~L~l/l~~ t;~~
hristine E.
