Tltis document has been prepared in response to that <br />request and the operator is proceeding with site weed control efforts accordingly. <br />The Erger's Pond site status is summarized as follows: <br />1. Active mining operations have not yet commenced at the site. <br />2, The realignment of the McCann Ditch under a Nationwide 26 permit is <br />complete per the DBMS permit and has been released by the Corps of <br />Engineers from any additional monitoring and mitigation requirements per <br />submittals made with DBMS Annual Reports to date. <br />3. A perimeter slury wall barrier amund the majority of the site is complete per <br />the ARMS pemmt. Design and as-built reports for the slurry wall construction <br />will be submitted per permit approval Stipulation No. 1 under separate cover, <br />
