3.04 BLASTING <br />The CONTRACTOR shall compact the surface of the area that has been blasted. If the blasted surface is <br />• below the Soil Liner subgrade elevation, the CONTRACTOR shall compact the blasted surface using a <br />method specification approved by the CERTIFYING ENGINEER, and then remediate according to the <br />DRAWINGS to achieve the design grades and elevations.
