;
Brian Acton
Richard P. Callahan
Hans Fleskes
William Koch
Bernard H. Cherry
Please include all directors in the permit application.
J. Michael Smith is listed in the permit pages as an assistant
secretary. There are several J.M. Smiths listed in AVS.
Please have the submit more information regarding J. Michael
Smith such as a social security number and address so the
correct J.M. Smith is linked to Oxbow Carbon and Minerals.
The replacement bonds continue to be reviewed and if additional
information is required, you will be contacted. At this point, no
decision has been made with respect to Letter of Credit No. 13424 in the
amount of $575,000.00. If no decision is made concerning this
reclamation bond instrument prior to making a decision for this transfer,
the transfer will simply be stipulated that this issue must be resolved
prior to final approval.
Please direct future inquires for this transfer to David A. Berry as
effective today, I will no longer be working in the coal section.
If you have any questions, please contact David.
Sincerely,
Antho J.
