This is not consistent with the <br />SEDCAD run "Pond 16a as-built 25 yr rev 1.sc4", which indicates the model was <br />run with the assumption that the principal spillway was not clogged. Please amend <br />the narrative as appropriate. <br />8. The Pond 16A "As-Built" map exhibit is erroneously designated Exhibit 16-gC, as <br />previously noted, and should be corrected (presumably should be 13-gC). The <br />bottom width of the emergency spillway needs to be confirmed and the correct <br />dimension used throughout the certification. Note on the Exhibit that Section A-A <br />profile indicates 20 feet, the plan drawing indicates 44 feet, Section B-B indicates <br />44 feet, and the SEDCAD run used 48 feet. Please amend the submittal to reflect <br />the correct width, and ensure consistency among the various map exhibit details <br />and the SEDCAD run. <br />Haul Road K As-Built Documentation <br />9. The road cross-section at 11 +50 of Exhibit t3-23.1A should show the MSHA berm <br />on the downslope edge of the roadway and the toe-of-cutslope ditch (at as-built <br />dimensions). Please amend the Exhibit to include the ditch and berm on the cross- <br />section. Also, please provide or reference the specific permit appendix/attachment <br />for the SEDCAD demonstration for culverts K-1 and K-2 that is referenced in the <br />As-Built Construction Summary. <br />
