A <br />recalculation of the indirect costs @ 15.8$ yields $3, 22.60 for <br />total first year bond of $26,071. <br />Mr. Renner's comments one, two and three are address d in the <br />attached report. <br />jtRI Chances is Permit Houndarv and Acreage <br />In the original amendment RRI proposed a permit area of 00 acres. <br />As the result of the controversy over "permitted area" ersus the <br />actual acreage depicted on Plate 4, RRI has carefully re evaluated <br />its mine plan. <br />In both the amendment and the technical revision, RRI noted two <br />instances where a technical revision ("TR") may be required. <br />First, a TR would be required if RRI seeks to use the disturbed <br />area at the back of the site beneath the cliffs for re lamation. <br />
