Board further has the right to limit any redundant and repetitive <br />presentations. <br />a. The Division shall have 15 minutes in which to <br />give the Hoard an overview of the previous proceedings. <br />b. Objector presentations. The six parties object- <br />ing to the amendment application shall have 2 hours in which to <br />present their evidence and cross-examine the witnesses who have <br />testified. The objecting parties shall determine the order of <br />presentation and how to divide the time allotted among them- <br />selves. <br />c. Thomas Ostermann, State Forest Service, pur- <br />suant to the Board's request, shall be made available to answer <br />the Board's ques~ons concerning the definition of the term <br />forest and ~thgr issues concerning the establishment of trees and <br />~I,~,~~~ forest~agement. The parties may cross-examine Mr. Ostermann <br />as~~cessary. <br />d. Applicant rebuttal. The applicant shall have <br />30 minutes in which to present rebuttal evidence and cross- <br />examine the witnesses who have testified. <br />e.
