OSM agrees with the <br />proposed decision document dated May 1992, prepared by the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Division, which reduces the reclamation bond amount from <br />$800,000 to $320,000. OSM has received a concurrence letter from the United <br />States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service and oral concurrence from the <br />United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (copies <br />enclosed). <br />Thank you and your staff for your efforts in coordinating this bond release through <br />our office. <br />Enclosures <br />cc: William T.
