PARTNERSHIP, IN THE COLORADO RIVER, OR ITS TRIBUTARIES, TRIBUTARY INVOLVED: UNNAI.IED, IN MESA COUNTY ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The above entitled Application was filed on December 31, 1991, and was referred to the undersigned as Water Referee for Water Division No. 5, State of Colorado, by the Water Judge of said Court on the 9th day of January, 1992, in accordance with Article 92 of Chapter 37, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, known as The Water Right Determination and Administration Act of 1969. And the undersigned Referee having made such investigations as are necessary to determine whether or not the statements in the Application are true and having become fully advised with respect to the subject matter of the Application does hereby make the following determination and Ruling as the Referee in this matter, to wit: The statements in the Application are true. 2. The names of the structures involved are Parkerson Diversions No. 1 and 2. 3. The name and address of the Claimant: A & G Partnership; c/o Alan Parkerson; 3324 E-1/4 Road; Clifton, CO 81520. 4. The source of the water is from unnamed draws tributary to the Colorado River. 5. a) The point of diversion of Parkerson Diversion No. 1 is at a point 1090 feet West and 90 feet North of the SE Corner of the N1/25W1/4 Sec. 23, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., Ute P.M. b) The point of diversion of Parkerson Diversion No. 2 is at a point 500 feet East and 100 feet South of the SW Corner of the NW1/4SW1/4 Sec. 23, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., Ute P.M. 6. The use of the water for both structures is irrigation; stock watering; and dust control, gravel washing and moisture control of gravel, all in connection with the mining of gravel. 7. The date of .initiation of Appropriation for both structures is December 23, 1991. 8. The amount of water claimed is 0.50 c.f.s. and 1.0 c:f.s., conditional for Parkerson Diversion No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.
