The Board or Division may reasonably request additional information to evaluate the proposed revision. The application is in compliance with this rule. Information in the application is complete. See Rules 2.04.4(3) Rule 2.08.4(~(c) Minor revision. Rule 2.08.4(6)(c)(i): Immediately upon receipt of a complete application for a minor revision, the Division shall post a notice of the application in the office of the Division and make a copy of the application available for the public to inspect and copy at a reasonable cost.3 A notice of the application was posted on the bulletin boazd of the Division on December 27, 2001. Rule 2.08.4(6)(c)(ii): Within 10 days after the filing of a complete application for a minor revision, the Division shall issue a decision approving or denying the application in whole or in part . A written copy of the decision shall be promptly provided to the permitteez and shall be posted in the Division office3. ' A proposed decision was issued on July 2, 2002. Rule 2.08.4(6)(iii) Within 10 days after the notification required by 2.08.4(5)(c)(ii) above, any person which has an interest which is or may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing on the decision by the Division. Such request shall be in writing and state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the request and objections to the Division. If so requested, the formal hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of 2.07.4(3). No written requests for a formal hearing on the request were received.
