Minerals Company, LLC, enclosed is an application for the renewal of a <br />valid existing permit to conduct mining in Colorado for its Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine, mining <br />permit No. C-1984-065. A copy of the newspaper notice, evidence of liability insurance <br />and five copies of the permit renewal application are enclosed. <br />Copies of the application were not sent to OSM since this is a private mine.
