(K) Any exposed refuse encountered will be disposed of properly in the Cheyenne <br />County Landfill if warranted. Acid of toxic materials will be cazefully analyzed <br />and disposed of according to all local, state, and federal rules and regulations. If <br />acid or toxic materials aze found, Cheyemme County will initially contact the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology and the local and state health departments for <br />their expertise in dealing with situations such as this. <br />(L) There will be no disturbance to hydrologic balance. Reclamation will be <br />consistent with the future land use ofpastureland Groundwater is at least 250' <br />deep. Excavation will go to approximately 10-15'. Cheyenne County, as <br />Operator, does not intend to interrupt any of the groundwater sources. <br />(M) Sand and gravel deposits may be stockpiled on the site for use on county roads. <br />There will be no screening, crushing, asphalt, mulching, leaching, or mixing. <br />(N) No secondary commodities will be mined. <br />(O) No incidental products will be mined. <br />
