I have ordered my responses by the original question numbers <br />that were remaining as outstanding. <br />North Soil Storage Area <br />20. (b) Response accepted. <br />(c) Response accepted. The operator maintains that the pond is an incised <br />pond and is not subject to the requirements of 4.06.5(11) regarding embankment <br />design. If you are comfortable that the pond is indeed an incised pond with no <br />constructed embankment, then I have no further questions. <br />This concludes my review of MCC's responses.
