Design information from permit #C-81-071 should be included in the Foidel Creek mine permit as appropriate. A certification statement as described in the Policy Memorandum should also be submitted for Pond E referencing specific design criteria. TCC response (Pond E) The design and certification of Pond E was handled under Technical revision 96-25. The design was presented in Exhibit 8E of TR-96-25. This should be on file with the Division and please advise if the design and certification are not available at your office.
