Midterm Review 12 Raton Creek Mines <br />January 6, 1995 C-82-055 <br />HAVING LAND USE JURISDICTION WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED PER <br />RULE 2.05(1)(b). <br />Status: complied with. The Division has received written comments from land <br />owners and government agencies having land use jurisdiction concerning <br />postmining land use. <br />Stipulation No. 13 -originated from TR-07. <br />ENERGY FUELS MINING COMPANY WILL SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE SILT FENCE FOR DIVISION REVIEW BY <br />NOVEMBER 30, 1993. <br />Status: complied with. Silt fence specifications have been received. <br />Stipulation No. 14 -originated from TR-14. <br />1. SUBMIT BY AUGUST 1, 1994 A REVISION TO THE PERMIT <br />ADDRESSING RULE 2.05.4(2)(f) AND 4.11.4 PERTAINING TO <br />DISPOSAL OF NON-COAL WASTE. <br />2. SUBMIT BY AUGUST 1, 1994 A REVISION TO THE PERMIT <br />ADDRESSING RULE 2.05.6(6). ENSURE THAT AUGUST 1, 1994 <br />SUBMITTAL SATISFIES ISSUES ADDRESSED BY ITEM 14 OF <br />DIVISION'S ADEQUACY LETTER DATED APRIL 18, 1994 FOR TR- <br />14. <br />Status: complied with. MR-09, addressing 2.05.4(2)(f), 4.11.4, and 2.05.6(6), was <br />approved on August 22, 1994. <br />DECISION TO REQUIRE REVISIONS <br />As a result of this midterm review, the Division hereby requires revision(s) of the permit <br />to address the following concerns with the currently approved permit application. <br />1. The Division has previously requested a minor revision to include Rule <br />4.05.13(4)(c), Annual Hydrology Report, into the permit. Please refer to the <br />Division's letter dated December 14, 1994 which addresses this issue. Although <br />the requirements of 4.05.13(4)(c) were addressed previously, compliance with this <br />rule remains outstanding, and as such is included within this review. <br />
