Of course, if the existing maximum disturbance <br />commitments have already been exceeded, then the mining plan must be revised <br />accordingly, and these additional costs must be included in the revised reclamation cost <br />estimate. <br />Exhibit E- Reclamation Plan <br />7. Please address the concerns of the State Engineers Office, stated in a letter from that office <br />to DMG dated September 9, 2003 and forwarded to you, via facsimile, on September 19, <br />2003. Namely, it appears that the existing well permits do not cover the amount of pond <br />surface acreage that is proposed to be exposed by this additional excavation. <br />Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />10.
