Following <br />are MINREC's responses to the Division's comments: <br />i. Corrections and Clarifications <br />1. - 2. No response required. <br />3. Page 1131 was revised to clarify that the upland slope <br />above Hubbard Creek is the reclaimed mine bench. <br />4. - 13. No response required. <br />II. CLASSIFICATION OF PERMITTED ACREAGE <br />1.A. The number of affected acres and disturbed area was <br />calculated as follows: <br />Undermined Area 95 Acres <br />Disturbed Area 20.4 Acres <br />Total Affected Area 115.4 Acres <br />Page 3 of the renewal application has been revised <br />accordingly. <br />1.B. Exhibit CC will be added to the permit application. The <br />"Affected Area Permit Boundary" was changed to "Disturbed <br />Area Boundary" and the areas which are disturbed but not <br />reclaimed were delineated. The disturbed areas that have <br />not been reclaimed are the three ponds, the access road <br />and the lower collection ditch (Ditch A) located along <br />the base of the mine bench. <br />
