Cottony <br />Acing Division Director <br />On December 31, 2002 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application sutimifted to <br />the Division on November 6, 2002, addressing the following: ~ . <br />Phased bonding for 7 phases of mining, and liner construction and borzdirig per regulated construction option. <br />Therefore, each section of the liner that is completed under the terms of the regulated constmction option. and Io the <br />satisfaction of the Division will qualify for a reduction in bonding from 100% to 20%. Also, the bonding requirement for <br />each phase of the operation is as follows: <br />Phase l: $249,900.00 <br />Phase 2: $168,000.00 <br />Phase 3: $256,500.00 <br />Phase 4: $286,500.00 <br />Phase 5: $182,600.00 <br />Phase 6: $245,900.00 <br />Phase 7: $107,900.00 <br />Attached are reclamation cost estimates for each phase of the of the operation. <br />The temis of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2001- <br />107. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2001-107 remain in full force and effect. If you have not <br />akeady done so, please submit a financial warranty of at least $249,900.00 for Phase 1 of the operation.
