Box 5243 <br />Denver, Colorado 80217 <br />RE: Robinson Brick Company's "Apache Mine" <br />Conversion/Amendment: El Paso County, <br />File No. M-78-009 <br />Dear Mr. O'Brian: <br />The two 110 "Apache 9" and "Apache 9A" permits and the recently submitted <br />"Apache Mine" conversionjamendment have been reviewed. Prior to the <br />September 25-26, 1985 Board consideration of the application, proof of <br />publication and proof that a copy of the publication was either mailed or <br />personally served to: <br />1. all owners of record of surface rights to the affected land; and <br />2. all owners of record of surface rights to the immediately adjacent <br />lands <br />must be submitted (see Mineral Rules an Regulations Number 2.32). <br />The following clarifications are needed for the application to be considered <br />adequate: <br />Application Form <br />The application form submitted has been updated (4/84) by the Division, <br />resulting in minor changes to items numbered 13 and 18. The revised <br />application forms differ from the old form. <br />ORIGINAL: 13. Acreage of affected land <br />REVISED: 13A. Total surface acreage to be included in Permit (Rule 1.1(2)) <br />136.
