The two isolated finds (SLP7830 and SI.P7831) previously recorded in the fifty-acre <br />East Alkali Mine survey area arc not eligible for the NRHP. <br />Should human remains be discovered during mining activities the requirements under State law CRS 24.80 <br />' part 13 must be followed. Should previovsty unidentified archaeological resources be discovered during <br />mining activities, work must be intemtpted until the resources have been evaluated in terms of the National <br />Register of Historic Places criteria, 36 CFR 60.4, in consuhation with this ofFice. <br />Thank you for the oppor[uniry to comment.
