We would suggest some form of subsidence
monitoring to ensure that mining-induced subsidence does not encroach any closer than the planned 1,500
feet of the structure. We would also suggest that a mechanism for notifying the Dam Safety Group be
included with the plan in the event that there should be unexpected developments during mining.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (303) 866-3581.
Sincerely,
Michael P.
