This project will fill andlor czcavate 0.35 <br />acres of wetlands az gravel mining operations. The project is located in Section 7, Towathip-2- <br />North, Rtmge-68-West, Weld County, Colorado. <br />Based on the information you provided, this office has determined that your work within <br />Colorado can be authorized by the Department of the Army Nationwide Permit found at 33 CFR <br />Part 330 Appendix A, (B)(26). Enclosed is a fact sheet which fully describes this Nationwide <br />Permit and lists the General and Section 404 only conditions which must be adhered to for this <br />authorization to remain valid. <br />Although an Individual Department of the Atmy permit will not be required for the <br />project, this does not eliminate the requirement that you obtain aay other applicable federal, state <br />or local permits az required.
