Monitorine frequency. Reduced frequencies for bedrock and alluvial ground water
well field parameter and water quality monitoring, as well as natural springs sampling,
that DMG can approve have been noted and will be incorporated in updated Exhibit 14
tables and submitted to DMG following fmal approval of TR 03-42.
2.) Elimination of monitorine sites. Elimination of the bedrock wells, alluvial wells, and
surface sites listed on page two of your comment letter have been reviewed. Please note
that TCC is further requesting the elimination of alluvial wells AVM-1 and AVM-1 along
Middle Creek in order to remain consistent with the elimination of associated surface
sites USGS 09243700 and MC-].
TCC is requests that bedrock wells 97012TC, 97012TH, and 008-75-EFC be designated
as "deactivated", as discussed further under item 7 below.
It has recently come to my attention that site 8 has exhibited historical anomalies in
regards to flow balance calculations. TCC requests that requirements for periodic flow
measurements for site 8 be eliminated, while maintaining monitoring of field
parameters/water quality for site 8 and it's associated alluvia] well. 001-S-5.
3.) Possible elimination of 91M005 or 00G-BRDH-7. Per our conversation of this date,
TCC is requesting the "deactivation" of well 91M005. The reclamation of this site is
discussed under item 7 below.
p.2
1\Envlaevision\kchn ical revision1TR03~2\COVer letter 3
