~- < <br />3. Propertx The "Property" known as "Castillo Pit" where "County" shall <br />crush and remove gravel is described above. <br />4. Time for Performance. It is contemplated by the parties to this agreement <br />that "County" will crush and remove gravel from the "Property" for a period of 5 five <br />years or until the "Property is exhausted of all gravel. <br />5. Notices. All notices to be given to the parties hereto shall be deemed fully <br />given, if given by written confirmation personally delivered to the party or sent by postpaid <br />registered or certified mail, addressed to such party at the address such party has furnished to <br />the party sending the notice or to such other address such as either party may have furnished in <br />writing to such other party. <br />6. Reclamation. Reclamation process shall be completed within ~fiveZyears of <br />the conclusion of mining activities and after all processed gravel has been removed, as <br />described in paragraph 4. The process shall be done to the specifications as stated in <br />"Exhibit E" titled "Reclamation Plan" in the Permit Application, which is attached hereto. <br />Further agreement between "Castillos" states the "County" has permission to use and full use <br />of an existing access road for the reclamation process. "Castillos" hereby agree that reseeding <br />the "Property" will be the responsibility of "Castillos", and "County" shall not be liable for <br />this process or further reseeding. Partial reclamation on worked acres will be within a <br />reasonable time after work in that area is completed. <br />Any consent to be obtained from or notice or correspondence to be sent to "Castillos" <br />under the terms of this agreement shall be obtained from or sent to: <br />Andrew M.
