Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />A) Topsoil depth - 6" to 8" <br />II. Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />A) Other Inert Material <br />1. Large rocks which are too big to process, Concrete <br />and Sand <br />2. Size of Lake Surface Area <br />The reclamation plan map submitted shows the correct <br />lake surface area. <br />Total acres in the application = 84.25 acres <br />Acres that cannot be mined (undisturbed) = 15.45 <br />Acres that will be filled in = 26.80 <br />Acres of Lake = 42.00 <br />Acres 84.25 <br />B) Topsoiling of 4" to 6" minimum was derived from the <br />6" to 8" maximum that is in the area to be mined. <br />LAMAR ROCKY FORD CANON CITY GUNNISON CRESTED BUTTE <br />
