Responses were submitted by <br />Twentymile Coal Company on March 6, 1998, March 25, 1998, April 1, 1998, and April 6, 1998. The <br />Division refers back to the Marclt l3, and February 27, 1998 letters regarding sufficiency of Twentymile <br />Coal Company's responses. <br />3. Twentymile Coal Company reformatted pages 2.04-16, -16.1, -16.2, 2.06-19, and 2.06-19.1 as <br />requested by the Division so information is presented in a more logical order. No period was <br />inserted following the last word on the 2.04-16 "...presented for PR-03 is used for this revision as <br />well(.)" Twentymile Coal Company's response is acceptable. GK <br />4. Geochemical sample location CH-82-74C has been added [o Map 12, Geochemical Sample <br />Locations. This response is adequate. ~-~ <br />9. Twentymile Coal Company added monitoring wells, 97012TH and 97012TC, on Map 13A, <br />provided revisions to Exhibit l4, and revised pages 2.05-191.3 regarding monitoring program. <br />This response is adequate. <br />17. Responses to question No. 17 are currently under review by the Division. Specific questions <br />regarding the subsidence of the Fish Creek Alluvial Valley Floor will be forwarded to Twentymile <br />Coal Company on Monday, April 13, 1998. <br />22. TCC should <br />review Rule 2.06.8(4) i(t it's entirety and present a response to each section of [his Rule in a <br />format that the Division can review accurately and concisely to determine adequacy. TCC should <br />also review the Division's original adequacy question and ask for clarification or discussion as <br />required. What specific information does TCC provide in response to 2.06.8(4)(e)? What is the <br />areal extent of the shale unit above the Holderness member? (Rule 2.06.8(4)(c)(1)).
