The majority of these guidelines are tak$n from EPA SW- i
846 methodology and/or the EPA Contract Laboratory Progdam Statement of
' Work. Specific requirements for each analytical method should be followed
as indicated in the applicable method.
' For certain organic parameters, the small sample volume which is provided by
the client prevents determining all OC criteria on that sample. In these cases, ~
spreading the OC determinations among several jobs or samples is ~,
recommended. It is not necessary to run all of the OC determinations on the
same sample or job unless it is requested by the client.
' Method Blanks ~
Method blanks should be analyzed once per batch of samples for each 12
' hour analysis period for volatiles and once each day per extraction technique
