' WATER SAMPLES
' S.1 Samole Handling and Management
' Protocols for the handling and management of surface water and
ground water samples are described in Section 2.1 of this document.
Specifically, Sections 2.1.11 through 2.1.15 describe the actions
' to be taken by the analytical laboratory and the Project Manager
with respect to:
(1) Laboratory review of sample integrity and documentation
(Section 2.1.11);
(2) Laboratory quality control check (Section 2.1.12);
' (3) Analysis of samples (Section 2.1.13);
(4) Verification of analysis performed as requested (Section
2.1.14); and
I (5) Quality control check of analytical results (Section
1 2.1.15).
I 5.2 Analytical Protocols
The lists of water quality parameters for analysis arp given in
Table 1, for January and July sampling periods, and in Table 2, for
' April and October sampling periods.
The analytical protocols to be used for analysis of suriface water
and ground water samples are those described in USEPA EPAr600/4-79-
