D. All excavation, backfill and grading operations shall be carried out under the observation of <br />MANAGER and CERTIFYING ENGINEER. <br /> <br />E. Any work found unsatisfactory or any work disturbed by subsequent operations before <br />acceptance is granted shall be corrected by CONTRACTOR, at its sole cost. <br />PART 2: PRODUCTS <br />2.01 MATERIALS: <br />A.
