A list of each Party's exhibits or documents to be used as evidence. <br />Pursuant to the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations, Rule 2.7.I(2)(d) and (e), the Pre-Hearing Order that <br />will be prepared as a result of the Pre-Hearing Conference in this matter should include lists of witnesses and exhibits <br />the parties intend to introduce at the final heanng in support of their issues. Please bring any such lists to the Pre- <br />Hearing Conference for attachment to the Pre-Hearing Order. Also note that if a party attempts at the final heanng to <br />introduce exhibits and witnesses not listed as pan of the Pre-Hearing Order, other parties may object on grounds that <br />they had no opportunity to prepare a response to such introductions. <br />The draft Pre-Hearing Order will be delivered to all parties to the Final Hearing a[ least 3 days prior to the Board <br />meeting date. <br />The formal Public Hearing on this matter has been scheduled for the Board's July 26-27, 2000 meeting in Room 318, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Denver Colorado. The meeting starts at 9:00 a.m. each day and this matter will be considered <br />by [he Board as soon as the schedule allows. Please call the Division no sooner than Friday, July 2l, 2000 to find out <br />which day the hearing will be held. <br />If you are a parry to a matter before the Board and you wish to withdraw from party status, you must do so in a <br />wri«en request to the Mined Land Reclamation Board, care of the Division of Minerals and Geology, prior to or at <br />the Board hearing on this matter.
