The complete detailed as- <br />built docutnentadon for each pond can be seen at the GDMG offices or at the Hayden Public Library. <br />As part of the final approval process, SCC requests that a formal authorization letter be signed and provided to Sandy <br />Brown of Mike Boulay (CDMG) indicating the State Land Boazd's preference that the above described roads and <br />impoundments be left as permanent structures on the State of Colorado controlled lands within the Seneca II Mine <br />Permit area. <br />It would be appreuated if a copy of the approval letter were also forwarded to SCC.
