Additional correspondence from Mountain Coal Company (MCC), via Greystone <br />Development Consultants, is being submitted under separate cover. MCC will contact the <br />Colorado Division of Water Resources to modify MCC's water storage rights in enlazged Pond <br />MB-3 and relocated Pond MB-2R, if necessary per your letter of September 20, 1993, and will <br />forward a copy to the Division. <br />Hydrology <br />All concerns in this section (through page four) will be addressed in separate correspondence. <br />Miscellaneous <br />As-built drawings (G-103 and 105) of Ponds MB-2R and MB-3 will replace construction <br />designs in Exhibit 66 after construction is completed. <br />2.
