..
' MAP: The attached map is derived from the Grading and brainage Plan map
submitted in response to Philip Saletta's concern over the shop elope
expressed in his inspection report. The red lines show the contour
changes which would occur as a result of backfilling the old roadway
area as well as meshing that area with the sediment pond. Blue outlines
the area to be regraded. Green outlines the seep area to be excavated
and replaced with a more porous material. The 72" pipe placement is
also shown and a new arrow replaces the old arrow and indicates the
direction of flow of the 5 cfs of water (rather than 11 cfs). All other
features will remain approximately as shown on the map.
PERMIT BOUNDARY: All of these revisions and changes occur totally
within the existing permit boundary. No additional acreage will be
affected which has not been included in the permit already.
Furthermore, most of the actions to be taken are within areas which have
generally been previously disturbed.
IMPACT ON RECLAMATION AND BONDING: In our opinion, there will be no
effect on the overall mining or reclamation plans. We do not believe
there should be any effect on the amount of the bond for the operation.

Page 6 of 6 Pikeview TR N0.6 July 1987
