There is no listing of an owner for the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 17 which also adjoins, at the corner, the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21. Charles D. Latuda appears to be inaccurately indicated on the map to own the S 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 16 when the listing says that "French Trinidad Co. LLC" owns the entire W 1/2 of Section 16 as well as the W 1/2 E 1/2 of Section 16. The Airport Gravel Pit is also believed to partially lie within the NE 1/4 NW 1;4 of Section 21. 6~ There is, however, no listing of ownership for the adjoining NW 1/4 NE 1/4, SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21. A revised Exhibit C map should be submitted, possibly toger_her with a more complete listing of surface owners immediately adjacent to the land to be affected by the mining, in order to clearly meet the requirements of this Exhibit and to ensure that all adjacent property owners are properly recognized and notified. (See the requirements of Rule 1.6.2 (1) (e).) The questions raised about the County's ownership of the NW 1;4 Nw 1/4 of Section 21 and if this ownership also includes the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21 should be addressed specifically. EXHIBIT C: The location of the NS trending fence in the ~~ western part of the proposed permit area is not shown on the ~ v~" map nor is the ownership, ie. reportedly the County, indicated. The revised Exhibit C map should also include this information. EXHIBIT D: The nature, depth and thickness of the deposit toel~ be mined and the thickness and type of overburden to be removed has not been provided. The nature. of the stratum immediately underlying the material to be mined has not been provided. A revised Exhibit D narrative should be sup_o_lied which includes the above information. EXHIBIT E: The reclamation plan does not include describing or illustrating where salvaged topsoil will be stockpiled in the ~ permit area until needed for the reclamation nor does it v~ include a commitment to stabilize such stockpile(s) with vegetation in order to protect the resource from erosion. If there are stockpiles of overburden apart from topsoil, these must be mentioned and/or illustrated as well. A revised or amended Exhibit E and Exhibit F Map should be supplied which include the above information. EXHIBIT F-MAP: The maps provided do not really illustrate the ~ expected physical appearance of the area of the affected land `~~ following reclamation, ie. post-mining topography, direction
