<br />(3) The date and time the samples were collected, the date <br />and time the samples were received, the date of analysis <br />and the technician that performed the analysis; and <br />(4) A description of the test performed, the final result, <br />the detection limits and dilution used (where <br />appropriate), the units of measurement and the test <br />method employed. <br />' 6.6.2 Quality Assurance Report: The quality assurance report will <br />' include, at a minimum, the following data: <br />(1) A listing of the analytical methods used and their <br />designations and/or references, as appropriate; <br /> (2) The results of the matrix spiking analysis and calculated <br /> percentage recoveries; <br />' <br /> (3) The results of the reference standards analysis and <br />' calculated percentage recoveries; <br />' (4) The results of the duplicate analysis and Calculated <br /> relative percentage differences or actual differences; <br />(5) The results analysis of field blanks and rinse blanks; <br />(6) Copies of the chain-of-custody forms and any field notes <br />or other documentation provided with the samples. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />' -44- <br /> <br />
