Due to the shortness of time that was available to respond, a request fora 30 <br />day extension was faxed on 5/30. <br />Please consider this correspondence as revision to TR-Ol. Technical Revision--01 is to <br />clarify the post mining land use on two separate areas within the permit boundary. This is <br />being done in preparation for request for release of the shop/residential portion of the <br />property. <br />ADEQUACY COMMENTS <br />I. In order to release the shop/resrdence area as proposed the reclamation plan must <br />be revtsed to indicate the spectfrcations to which this portion has been reclaimed <br />The flat equipment storage yard and driveway/shop access portion does appear to be <br />stabilized by gravel Also, the residence yard has been stabilized by lawn, decking <br />and of course the building itself.
