At the ®MG's request, a <br />copy of the 1" Half Subsidence Report incorporating the correction was provided to the ®MG in early <br />December. See clisasssiaz railer SIGNS AND MARKERS. <br />Response: The referenced location is the Middle Creek Warehouse, associated with the reclaimed and <br />bond-released Middle Ca-eek surface mine. Given that this is not an active mining area and the bond- <br />released status, TCC had not maintained a permit area sign at this facility. Given, however, that this <br />facility is within the current permit area and that the warehouse is used on an ongoing basis for equipment <br />and record storage, TCC placed a mine identification sign at this location on December 14`s. <br />
