VRAIN LAKE GRADING IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br />I. Site Description <br />~ ~ ~ A. Project Location <br />Location: The project is located in Sections 35 and 36, Township 3 North, <br />° ? Range 68 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Weld, State of <br />Colorado. The entire Phase 1 development is bounded on the north by <br />Weld County Road 28, on the east by an existing wetland, on the south by <br />~ the St. Vrain River, and on the west by Interstate 25. The existing property <br />surrounding the St. Vrain Lakes site is agriculture use. St. Vrain Lakes is a <br />proposed single-family development, which will also consist of commercial, <br />~ school, and multi-family parcels. Proposed grading associated with the lake <br />. , improvements plans which is covered under this SWMP lies in <br />approximately the southern half of Phase 1. A copy of the Vicinity Map <br />1 showing the location of the site is located in Appendix A. <br />i <br />B.
