STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN (SWMP) <br />AND EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL REPORT <br />FOR <br />ST. VRAIN LAKE GRADING IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br />Page 17 <br />Vehicle tracking control shall be required at all access locations to the <br />project site to prevent tracking debris offsite before street paving is <br />complete. <br />• BMPs for erosion and sediment control shall be properly inspected and <br />maintained throughout the duration of the construction activity to a level <br />where BMP performance is not compromised. <br />• Sweeping of adjacent roadways weekly at a minimum and daily during <br />hauling at the end of each day. <br />VI. Practices for Construction Activities on Building Pads <br />The SWMP Administrator will work with production staff and sub-contractors to <br />assure that the following erosion and sediment control practices are <br />i implemented as units are constructed and landscaping occurs. <br />=' A. The amount of time that building soil, landscaping materials, etc. are left in <br />i the right-of-way will be minimized to the extent practical. Inactive stockpiles <br />will not be permitted in streets. Production staff and sub-contractors will be <br />'' required to sweep up remnants of stockpiles remaining in streets after <br />i _ , stockpiles have been moved on to lots. <br />B. Dirt curb ramping to bring heavy equipment and materials on to landscaping <br />locations is not allowed. <br />C. Streets will be scraped and/or swept, and gutters will be cleaned following: <br />1. Completion of foundation excavation and backfilling <br />2. Completion of water and sewer connection work <br />3. Completion of flat work <br />4. Tracking of soil material onto streets <br />D. Blow trash will be picked up and disposed of on building sites as necessary. <br />E. Parking for production staff and sub-contractors will be allowed only on <br />paved or otherwise stabilized areas. <br />
