Long
Diyiswn Dneclor
RE: Technical Revision No. 2, Midterm Permit Review, Hayden Gulch
Loadout, Permit No. C-92-081, Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc.
Dear Mr. Altavilla:
The Division has reviewed Seneca's responses to questions nos. 3,
4, 5 and 6 of the November 17, 1995 Midterm Review Findings
Document. These questions concerned the update of the reclamation
bond. The Division agrees with Seneca's responses to these
questions. Because Technical Revision No. 2 has been called
incomplete, the Division would like to take the reclamation bond
portion out of Technical Revision No. 2 and deal with it as a
separate revision.
Therefore, please submit a minor revision that addresses the
reclamation bond update. The revision update pages have already
been submitted under TR-02. The bond will need to be increased by
$165,396.00, from $696,724.00 to $862,120.00. The surety rider
should be submitted to the Division within 30 days of the minor
revision approval.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
~u.dL.~~C
os ph ~ Dudash
Environmental Protection Specialist
c: ~wPS1~ac>.oaorro
