<br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT D <br />Permit #M-96-049 <br />The sand and gravel deposit is 45 to 50 feet deep. The overburden and topsoil vary in thickness <br />fran three to seven feet. Bedrock under the mineral deposit is medium hard to hard shale. <br />Sand and gravel is the primary mineral produced. Excess topsoil and overburden may be sold as <br />a secondary material. <br />Principal intended use of the mine products is construction aggregates. These aggregates will be <br />sold to customers and included in the asphalt and concrete produced nn-site. <br />D-3 <br />
