• ~ • d) The subsidence monitoring plan for the east end of the l2 Right panel is presented on pages 2.05-191.4 and 2.05-191.5. This plan was developed after discussions with the Division as to the necessity of establishing the system proposed by the DMG. Two copies of the revised pages are enclosed. e) The proposed subsidence monitoring plan referenced in d) above responds to the Division's comment. 51. Two copies of Exhibit 6I are enclosed. I have contacted the SHPO and it is agreed that TCC will survey portions of sections lb and 17 that will be subsided and lie within the AVF. The survey work should be completed within the next 7 - 10 days and then the report forwarded to the SHPO for their files. If no sites are found then the entire process should be completed within 30 days. The report will be forwarded to the Division for inclusion as an exhibit in PR-5. 52. Page 2.04-12 and 12.1 were revised to address the Division's concern. Two copies of the revised pages are enclosed. 63. (a) Pages 2.04-16 and 16.1 were modified to address the Division's concern. Two copies of the revised pages are enclosed. (b) and (c) Pages 2.04-16.2, 16.3 and 2.04-17 were revised to address the Division's concerns. Two copies of the revised pages are enclosed. 93. Pages 2.03-17 through 2.03-18.3 were revised to address the Division's concerns. Two copies of the revised pages are enclosed. 96. Pages 2.03-24 and 24.1, dated 5/3/00 were modified to reflect the correct permit boundary description for section 25. Copies of these pages were previously submitted to the Division. in reference to the permit boundary shown on Maps L and 2, it is correctly drawn on these two maps. The permit boundary shown on Maps 23 and 23B of technical revision 00-37 reflects this boundary also. As opposed to resubmitting the existing maps 23 and 23B it is requested the pending maps 23 and 23B be referenced for the permit boundary. 1[ appears this TR may be approved prior to PR-5 due to the added cultural survey work; therefore, this may be a moot point. 108. Page 2.04-16.2 was previously modified to respond to the Division's concern. No further response is needed to address this comment.
