<br />is requesting release of Phase I bontl liability on
<br />2,247.7 reclaimetl acres of its to[a13,457.0 acres cur-
<br />rency within the permit boundary at the Seneca II
<br />Mine. A surety bond in the amount of $11,673,659 a
<br />curtently in place of which $4,535,010 is bang re-
<br />quested for release. Pursuant to Rule 3.03.1, a pa-

<br />drainage control in accordance with roe epprovetl
<br />reclamation plan. The approved reclamation plan

<br />All affected lands withn Seneca II Mine fall wiMin

<br />the constmdion of small swales to minimize erosion
<br />a~ [o conserve soil moisture antl t0 promote reveg-
<br />etation. Small stock tanks was also utilized in the
<br />postmine grading operetions to minimize erosion and
<br />to provide water for livestock antl wiltllife. The de-
<br />signs and certified as-bullts for the permanent stock
<br />ponds can be reviewetl in the Seneca II Mine Permit
