If so, please
describe how they will be handled and disposed of.
The original application does not address groundwater and/or subsurface water rights. Please
confirm that this will be a dry pit operation or, if groundwater is encountered, please commit to
resolving any and all water rights issues.
4. Exhibit D -Reclamation Plan - OK - if there are no proposed changes to the original
approved reclamation plan, which is described in exhibit E of the original application, then state
that the reclamation plan, as originally approved, is still applicable. If reclamation plans have
changed (since the applicant proposes to revise the post-mining land use to
industrial/commercial} then a new exhibit D must be submitted.
5. Exhibit E -new Mining Plan and Reclamation Plan maps have been submitted. However, they
aze marked as Exhibit C and Exhibit F. They should be Exhibit E Mining Plan and Exhibit E
Reclamation Plan. The maps comply with Rule 6.2.1 -General Requirements, but do not comply
with other parts of Rule 6.3 (show the location(s) of growth medium and overburden stockpiles, \/
label the names of owners of record of the surface of the affected area and of the land within 200 l~
feet of the affected area, outline and label the existing disturbance, note the location of any man-
made structure, etc.).
